Call to Order
Jacqueline called the meeting to order at 6:27 p.m. A quorum was established.
Approval of May 20, 2026 Full Council Minutes - Council Vote
The Council reviewed the minutes for the May 20, 2026 meeting. Jacqueline opened the floor for a motion.
Motion: Brianne motioned to approve the minutes as written Second: Rebecca seconded. No further discussion. Vote: Approved Unanimously.
Committee Reporting
Finance Committee: Adam shared the year-to-date Revenue and Expenditures report for period ending April 30, 2026.
Adam shared the Special Revenue Addendum as of June 8, 2026.
QI Committee: All routine, nothing to report.
Health Centers Budget 2026-27
Council Vote The Council reviewed the Health Centers budget for 2026-27 fiscal year. Adam spoke to the details and Council discussed. Jacqueline opened the floor for a motion.
Motion: Tara motioned to approve the minutes as written Second: Jerome seconded. No further discussion.
Vote: Approved Unanimously.
Health Centers Director Evaluation Form
Jacqueline reminded council that Director Evaluation Forms are due. Executive Session is scheduled for July 15th prior to the regular CHC meeting.
FQHC Staff Report
County Elections: Sonia Fischer has been voted in to replace incumbent Ben West, our current CHC Liaison from the BCC. A Liaison will be reassigned to the Council.
The Federal Tort Claims Act: FTCA annual deeming application to be submitted soon. Designation granted by Federal Government for Federal Malpractice Liability Protection. This application is submitted annually.
School Base Health Centers: End of year wrap up meeting. Teams shared success stories and big wins for students who were receiving services through the year.
Public Comment
Joshua Owens shared comments and concerns. Jacque thanked Brianne for her service as President and Vice President over the past few years

Next meeting is July 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. In person and via Zoom.
